Bitchin' Kitchen is owned and operated by Sylvie Hnatiuk in the Two Hills area.  Sylvie has many years of experience catering in a large variety of scenarios. For many years she operated a mobile lunch supply business in Calgary, which became a daytime deli cafeteria business.  She moved on to provide specialty cooking in executive camps in northern Alberta and then operated the daytime cafeteria at the Vermillion Auction.  She continues to cater to many golf tournaments, private parties and family events in the Two Hills greater area,  Small party bookings are welcome as well as larger parties.

The menus at Bitchin' Kitchen are varied and customized to the needs of the client.  Imaginative and current recipies as well as traditional and ethnic menus are available. Sylvie will meet any of these challenges with experience and enthusiasm!  Meals are homestyle cooked and prepared from fresh ingredients available in the area from the local markets.
